This role is ideal for a CA who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced fit out environment, supporting Project Managers and Site Teams through the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer head contracts and subcontracts from award through to final account
- Prepare, issue and assess subcontractor packages, variations and progress claims
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting and budget control
- Assist with procurement schedules and supplier coordination
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records using Procore
- Support project teams to ensure contractual compliance and smooth project delivery
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial fit out projects
- Strong working knowledge of Procore(essential)
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, variations and cost control
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site and delivery teams
