The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and driven Contracts Administrator to join their highly experienced project team on a landmark $110m+ development.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
- Progress claims, variations and cost reporting
- Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
- Management and tracking of project expenditure
- Subcontractor claim administration
- RFIs to architects and consultants
- Administration of the project HSE system
- Supporting commercial and project delivery teams
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Commercial construction experience
- Experience delivering projects from start to finish
- Procore experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the WA construction market
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to grow into senior roles
- Salary up to $160k + super
