Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract administration lifecycle from procurement through to final accounts
- Prepare, issue, and assess subcontractor packages and scopes of work
- Let and negotiate subcontracts in line with project budgets
- Monitor project costs, variations, and forecasts
- Process progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments
- Assist with head contract administration and client reporting
- Maintain accurate financial tracking using Jobpac software
- Support the project team to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Mandatory experience using Jobpac software
- Experience managing multiple subcontractor packages
- Strong financial and cost management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
