Contracts Administrator
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a growing construction team delivering premium high-rise residential developments across Brisbane. This role offers the chance to be part of architecturally impressive projects with a strong focus on quality, design, and detail.
You will be working closely with the Project Manager and site team and will be responsible for the financial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to final account. You will play a critical role in ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and smooth project delivery.
Your Role:
- Manage subcontractor contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Coordinate procurement and supplier negotiations
- Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery
- Support Project Managers with all commercial and contractual matters
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction contracts administration
- Strong knowledge of subcontract management, procurement, and cost control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant construction, QS, or project management qualifications
