- Support project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Maintain cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in managing project programmes, compliance, and documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- 3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator role
- Background working within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial or residential builder
- Exposure to apartment, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
