The Role This is a dual-function position, offering a balanced mix of client-facing responsibilities and contract administration.
Client & Investor Liaison (approx. 50%)
- Managing relationships with investor groups (majority of projects)
- Acting as the key communication point throughout the build
- Coordinating approvals and providing timely updates
- Ensuring a smooth client experience from contract through to handover
- Preparing handover packs
- Managing contract approvals and documentation
- Supporting supervisors across multiple estates
- Assisting with estimating-related tasks when required
- 35 staff across office, site and trades teams (12 office-based)
- Systems include Monday.com and BuildExact
- On-site parking available
- Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm | Friday 7:30am–2:00pm
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in residential construction (Contract Administration, Client Liaison or similar)
- Strong understanding of contracts, approvals and handover documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- A friendly, team-oriented approach
- $85,000 – $95,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
