As an experienced CA you will work closely with the Project Management team, assisting with successful running of projects across WA, providing support across the complete construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of head contracts and subcontracts
- Preparation, review, and management of contracts, variations, and claims
- Progress claims, payment schedules, and cost reporting
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Assess subcontractor claims and variations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the civil construction industry
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in the civil construction Industry
- Experience working on civil projects such as roads, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure
