We’re seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing shopfitting company delivering projects valued up to $10 million.

The Role:
- Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
- Assisting with progress claims and external variations
- Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising subcontracts
- Managing and tracking project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
- Administering RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
- Supporting the administration of the project HSE system
- Previous experience working on retail fit-out, refurbishment, or construction projects
- Exposure to projects valued up to $5M (ideally shopfitting or commercial interiors)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Effective time management and the ability to work full-time
