As a Contract Administrator you’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract management across multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery while minimising risk. You’ll work closely with Contract Managers, Project Managers, site teams, and subcontractors to drive commercial outcomes and keep everything on track.

- Oversee subcontractor tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Manage contract risks, claims, and financial reporting
- Maintain project documentation and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure project success
- This is a hybrid position, working both on site and in the office
- 2-5 years of construction industry experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, procurement, and risk management
- Experience with Jobpac and contract administration software (iTWOcx preferred)
- A background in commercial fit-out, refurb, or new build projects
- A construction-related degree or equivalent experience
- Work on high-profile projects with a respected industry leader
