You’ll work alongside the project team to manage procurement, contracts, budgets, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, while joining a business that values its people, offering long-term opportunities and a close-knit team culture with consistently low staff turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with architects, councils, trades, and service providers to achieve key project milestones
- Prepare, assess, and finalise subcontractor packages in accordance with project budgets and head contract requirements
- Maintain oversight of project documentation, financial accounts, and progress reporting
- Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring ongoing site compliance
- Monitor and manage construction schedules, forecasting upcoming trade and material needs
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential construction - ideally across high-end or custom projects
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team
- Experience with Procore is preferred
