Depending on your level of experience, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations and letting of packages.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
- Assess progress claims and process subcontractor payments.
- Manage project costs, variations and forecasting.
- Prepare client progress claims and financial reporting.
- Assist with contract administration from project commencement through to completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.
- Experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Open to Junior, Intermediate, Senior and experienced Contract Administrators.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification (or currently completing).
