An established construction consultancy is looking for a motivated Contracts Administrator to join its growing team. Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you'll support the delivery of contract administration, commercial claims and project advisory services across major construction and infrastructure projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction who enjoys the commercial side of projects and is looking to broaden their experience beyond a traditional builder or subcontractor environment.
The Role
Working with an experienced team, you'll assist with:
- Reviewing construction contracts and project documentation.
- Preparing and administering subcontract and contract documentation.
- Managing RFIs, variations, EOTs and contractual correspondence.
- Supporting the preparation of commercial claims and contractual submissions.
- Reviewing progress claims and project records.
- Maintaining project documentation and document control systems.
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
- Assisting with commercial reporting, procurement support and project administration.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 1–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar within the construction industry.
- Exposure to contract administration, procurement, variations, progress claims or project documentation.
- Strong written communication and document management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a specialist construction consulting environment.
