We’re supporting an EPC contractor delivering energy and infrastructure projects who is seeking a Contract & Procurement Engineer to join their team in Adelaide.
This role will support the commercial and operational delivery of projects through contract administration and procurement, working closely with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and procurement across electrical EPC projects
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes, review proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, subcontracts and procurement documentation
- Review drawings, specifications and scope of works to support procurement activities
- Track variations and contract documentation throughout project delivery
- Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure materials and services are delivered in line with project schedules
- Experience in contract administration and procurement within EPC or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to energy, electrical infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Ability to review technical drawings, scopes and specifications
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging suppliers and subcontractors
- Good data management and documentation skills, including SharePoint
