- Deal directly with Key clients, Brokers and or and developers from pre-construction contracts through to handover
- Colour palette selections and variations as required
- Construction contracts and general administration
- Update key clients on the progress of their project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time through effective workflow management

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Must have 1+ years of experience working for a residential builder
- Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, and prestart consultants considered
- Ability to liaise to the highest standard with key clients and brokers
- Understand plans and construction documentation
