About the role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual who is approachable, compassionate, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience with HIA contracts and/or a background as a Client/Shire Liaison or Prestart Consultant, looking for a role that does not involve direct client interaction.
The role will focus primarily on contract administration, with no Prestart or Construction updates. Tasks such as preparing contract quotes based on sales documents, creating addenda’s and variations, and compiling contract paperwork, including HIA contracts.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Must have 1+ years of experience working for a residential builder
- Shire/Client Liaison, Maintenance, and prestart consultants considered
- Ability to liaise to the highest standard with key clients and brokers
- Understand plans and construction documentation
