The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual who is approachable, compassionate, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience with HIA contracts and/or a background as a Client/Shire Liaison or Prestart Consultants looking for career growth.
The role will focus primarily on contract administration, including tasks such as preparing contract quotes based on sales documents, creating addenda’s and variations, and compiling contract paperwork, including HIA contracts.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ years of relevant residential experience
- Experience with HIA contracts, agendas, variations and and sales documentation preferred
- Strong capability in reviewing and interpreting plans and specifications preferred
- Prestart, Client, Maintenance and shire liaisons considered
