- Full project lifecycle involvement across multiple high-end residential builds
- Cost tracking, analysis, and forecasting direct to the Project Manager
- Procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements
- Drafting and reviewing head contracts, scopes, and BOQs
- Processing progress claims and contract variations
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and consultants
- Supporting PMs with project delivery, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years' experience as a CA or Estimator in residential construction
- Is confident pricing, negotiating, and managing scopes of work
- Brings strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
- Has a construction-related degree or trade background
- Is passionate about delivering luxury homes and wants to grow into a PM role
- Can manage competing deadlines and communicate clearly across the board
