Due to organic growth and their continued success, there's an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator
to join the team and assist with the delivery of upcoming projects. There will be on-the-job training provided and progression opportunities for the successful applicant.
As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation (including award).
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
- Progress claim assistance and external variations.
- Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts.
- Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
- Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia.
- Residential housing experience preferable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
- Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
- Established company of over 10 years in Sydney
