As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of remedial and fitout projects throughout Sydney. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery — from procurement and contract management to cost reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and administration of contracts, variations, and progress claims.
- Support subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting for ongoing projects.
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Contracts Administration or Project Coordination role.
- Exposure to remedial, fitout, or aged care construction projects preferred.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a supportive environment.
