Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract administration, variations, and progress claims
- Support subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain accurate cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to commercial risk management and project feasibility
- Support the delivery of projects in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- 1–3+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator role
- Background in industrial, large-format retail, or complex commercial projects preferred
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and desire to build a long-term career within one business
