What you’ll be doing
- Administering contracts across high-end custom home projects
- Procurement, scopes, letting packages & cost control
- Variations, progress claims and forecasting
- Liaising with architects, consultants, clients and subcontractors
- Supporting Project Managers across multiple bespoke projects
- Work on one-off landmark homes you’ll be proud to have on your CV
- Structured career progression to Senior CA / Project Management
- Stable, reputable builder with repeat high-net-worth clients

- Salary up to $150k + super(depending on experience)
- Experience as a CA within residential construction (custom homes preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
