Roles and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator will include:
- Ownership of the relevant subcontracts
- Administration and documentation
- Assess variations and claims
- Profit budget forecasting
- Financial control reporting
- Regular client interfacing
- Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
- Experience working on large scale commercial construction projects in NSW ($100M+)
- Extensive understanding and proven background managing the Building Services component on major building or civil projects
