Key responsibilities include:
- Managing head contract and subcontract administration across multiple projects
- Preparing, reviewing and issuing subcontract agreements and scopes of work
- Managing variations, progress claims and payment schedules
- Cost tracking, forecasting and budget management
- Procurement of trades and suppliers in line with programme requirements
- Ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Supporting project reporting and maintaining systems such as Procore (or similar)
- Assisting with risk management, value engineering and commercial negotiations
- Maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- 2+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
- Experience delivering commercial, community or specialist building projects preferred
- Strong understanding of Australian standard form contracts (AS4000, AS2124 etc.)
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salary $120k-$130k Plus Super
