Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This is an opportunity to work on architecturally designed, high-end residential projects where quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are at the forefront of everything we do.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in maintaining strong commercial and contractual controls throughout the construction process.
The Role As Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of luxury residential projects from procurement through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and administration of subcontract agreements
- Procurement and tendering of trade packages
- Assessment and processing of subcontractor claims and progress payments
- Managing project variations, scopes and cost tracking
- Budget monitoring and cost reporting
- Negotiating subcontractor pricing and contract terms
- Maintaining project documentation and contract records
- Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and consultants
- Assisting in the successful delivery of multiple luxury residential projects
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline; or
- Experienced construction professionals with a trade background who have successfully transitioned into Contract Administration, Estimating or Commercial roles.
- Previous Contract Administration experience within residential, commercial or high-end construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and cost management
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to be part of a high-performing team
- Salary package up to $150,000 + Super depending on experience
