We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to join a growing project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major construction project.
The Opportunity

Working closely with the Project Manager and broader site team, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual aspects of your project, while gaining exposure to a well-structured and professional project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage head and subcontractor contracts from procurement through to completion
- Prepare, review and administer subcontractor packages
- Manage variations, extensions of time, progress claims and payment schedules
- Monitor project costs and commercial performance
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasting
- Manage contractual correspondence and documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
- Ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are effectively managed
- 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration
- Experience managing variations, progress claims and EOTs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a project team
- Relevant construction, engineering or quantity
