The Opportunity:
You will act as the key link between key stakeholders and the construction team.
- Managing building contracts, variations, extensions of time, and documentation
- Reviewing plans, drawings, and specifications
- Providing build progress updates
- Liaising with builders, consultants, and internal teams
- Coordinating project milestones, meetings, and site walkthroughs
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.
- Must have at least 2+ years of relevant residential building industry experience
- Must be able to read and understand building plans
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
