Salary: $180-$210 + super
We are supporting one of Australias leading renewable energy developers (who have a large, advanced pipeline of wind, solar, BESS and hybrid projects) in hiring a Contracts & Procurement Manager to support projects across development and construction phase.
This is an owner-side role with real influence across EPC contracting, supplier negotiations and project execution.

- Lead procurement and tendering for EPC contractors and key suppliers
- Negotiate construction, supply, O&M and long-term service agreements
- Support projects from development, construction through to commercial operations
- Manage variations, claims, EOTs, disputes and contract close-out
- Establish capex control and commercial governance pre-construction
- Manage contract interfaces across multiple packages and contractors
- Work closely with execution, engineering, legal and project teams
- Strong experience with EPC and major construction contracts
- Solid understanding of FIDIC-based contract structures
- Background in renewable energy, infrastructure or major projects
- Proven ability to manage commercial risk and maximise project value
- Confident stakeholder manager with a practical, solutions-focused approach
