The Opportunity:
As a Contracts/Prestart Consultant, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery whilst providing a high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside the Interior Designer who coordinate and finalise all building selections
- Explain and interpret plans to clients, including Site Plans and specific site features
- Oversee project progress to keep timelines on schedule
- Coordinate contracts, variations and the preparation and issue of final documentation
- Update clients on the progress of there project
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind
- 4+ years of experience as a Prestart Consultant working for a custom home builder
- Custom home experience is highly regarded, applicants with project home experience, encouraged to apply
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Ability to consistently meet project timeframes and deadlines
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
- Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fulltime role with part time considered
