Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from sales acceptance through to construction handover, ensuring all milestones are met within KPI timeframes
- Act as the primary client contact, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and responding to enquiries within 24 hours
- Coordinate all documentation, contracts, variations, and approvals to ensure accuracy and timely progression
- Maintain up-to-date records, forecasts, and file notes across all systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition through all project stages
- Drive workflow efficiency through proactive task management, regular reviews, and continuous process improvement
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service delivery within the construction industry
- Proven experience as a Customer Project Manager or Project Coordinator with a residential builder
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the domestic home building space
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
