Our client is a market leader in the residential construction industry, known for building quality project and custom homes and providing exceptional service to customers. Due to growth, they are looking for a motivated individual to join their Customer Service & Preconstruction team.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they are informed and supported every step of the way. You’ll coordinate with internal departments, keep clients updated on progress, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients during their build journey
- Managing and updating customer files and documentation
- Coordinating communications between customers, site supervisors, and internal teams
- Guiding clients through selections, approvals, and milestone updates
- Providing timely, clear, and professional responses to all enquiries
- Ensuring customers enjoy a positive and stress-free experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, preconstruction or administration in residential construction or a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- $70-85k + Super (experience dependent)
