You will be responsible for supporting clients from contract signing through to construction readiness, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
About the Role:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during the contracts and pre-construction stage
- Preparing, issuing, and administering building contracts and documentation
- Coordinating variations, specifications, and approvals (DA, CDC, CC)
- Liaising with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email with a high level of professionalism
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documentation
- Maintaining CRM and internal systems with up-to-date information
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, contracts, or pre-construction (residential construction experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
