We’re currently partnering with a well-regarded Project Home Builder who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their friendly and supportive team.
As a key point of contact for clients, you'll be responsible for guiding them through the entire building journey — from pre-construction all the way through to handover and warranty services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments (drafting, estimating, construction)
- Manage updates and timelines throughout the pre-construction phase
- Track and follow up on documentation, approvals, and selections
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors to ensure smooth progression to construction and handover
- Handle post-construction customer care and warranty queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and job files in the CRM
- Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- 3 - 5 years experience in a customer service role or similar within residential construction (ideally project homes)
- Strong knowledge of the building lifecycle, particularly pre-construction
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
