Design Coordinator required for an Industrial Builder with projects across Sydney's Western region. Great opportunity for you to join a renowned Tier 2 builder that has a strong presence across Commercial and Industrial projects.
As the Design Coordinator
you will be responsible for producing construction design documents for various industrial D&C projects across Sydney
- Timely production of concept drawings and site sketches.
- Liaising and coordinating with the project design/construction team, external consultants and site personnel.
- Producing required documents for council approval as a part of obtaining construction certificates (DA, CC, CDC).
- Delivering different design stages which includes, marketing, design drafting and more.
- A minimum of 3 years' local experience in similar role working in construction, Drafter, Design Coordinator, Approvals coordinator, or similar
- Proficient in the use of Revit software.
- Experience lodging CC and CDC applications.
- Previous experience working for a head contractor that delivers new build construction projects is highly desirable
