With multiple projects underway across Australia and further developments internationally, this role will be instrumental in shaping high-quality, experience-driven environments from concept through to completion.
You’ll join a collaborative and agile team, taking ownership of design outcomes while helping to define and elevate the design direction across all projects.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, design-led role where you will:
- Lead and manage the design process across multiple projects from concept to delivery
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all design outputs
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver practical and well-resolved design solutions
- Coordinate design documentation and manage design timelines in line with program and budget
- Provide strong input across interiors, spatial planning, and user experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, operations, and brand teams
- Contribute to both local and international projects, adapting design outcomes to suit different markets
We’re looking for someone who can confidently own the design process while balancing creativity with delivery:
- Background in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotels, or lifestyle-driven projects
- Strong understanding of design development and construction delivery
- Experience working client-side or alongside developers/builders is highly regarded
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide design decisions
- A passion for creating engaging, design-led environments
- Work client-side on a growing pipeline of hospitality projects
- Exposure to both Australian and international developments
