Due to internal growth and upcoming changes within the team, they are looking to bring on an Architectural Designer / Draftsperson to work closely alongside their Architect and support projects from concept through to construction.
About the Role
This is a hands on role where you will be heavily involved across the full design and documentation process. You’ll be working side-by-side with the Architect, contributing to the delivery of high-end custom homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare drawings from sketch through to working drawings
- Assist with DA and CDC documentation and submissions
- Coordinate designs through relevant portals and approval processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external consultants as required
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all documentation
- Min 1-2 years' experience working on residential homes
- Strong understanding of DA/CDC processes and approval pathways
- Ability to take a project from concept through to construction documentation
- Confident producing detailed drawings across key areas (kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping)
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with an Architect
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
- Open to learning and developing within a growing business
- Revit experience is essential
