We are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Estimator to join a growing team on the Gold Coast.
This is a full-time, office-based position suited to someone with a strong background in insurance estimating or residential construction who is confident working across multiple projects and managing estimates from start to finish.
About the Role You will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for residential building and insurance repair projects, working closely with clients, assessors, builders and internal teams to ensure projects are priced accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed residential building and insurance repair estimates
- Reviewing scopes of work, reports and supporting documentation
- Using Prime Ecosystem to complete estimates and manage projects
- Liaising with builders, assessors, trades and other stakeholders
- Ensuring estimates are accurate, compliant and completed within required timeframes
- Managing multiple estimates and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Providing clear and professional communication throughout the estimating process
- Previous experience as an Estimator within insurance or residential construction
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction processes
- Proficiency using Prime Ecosystem
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines

- $100k – $130k + super, depending on experience
