Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing initiatives that support sales and brand objectives.
About the Role
- Managing and optimising paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, display, retargeting)
- Driving lead generation through performance-focused digital strategies
- Managing SEO and SEM activities to improve traffic and conversion rates
- Analysing campaign performance and reporting on ROI, insights, and opportunities
- Managing website content updates and landing page optimisation
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
- Supporting broader marketing initiatives including email marketing and automation
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role within the construction/real estate industry
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimisation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Up to $110k + super (depending experience)
