Our client is a highly regarded residential home builder looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Display Home Consultant to join their team for a 6-week temporary assignment at their display homes in Googong.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive customer experience. Whether your background is in new home sales, residential real estate, retail sales, hospitality or customer service, this role offers the chance to represent a premium brand and help prospective buyers take the first step towards building their dream home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors to the display home and creating a positive first impression.
- Understanding customers' needs and providing information on home designs and inclusions.
- Qualifying and recording customer enquiries.
- Following up warm leads where required and booking appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining the presentation of the display home to a high standard.
- Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service.
- Working collaboratively with the broader sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional and enjoys interacting with people. Previous experience in the building industry is welcomed but not essential.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, real estate, retail, hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and proactive approach to engaging with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- A professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work weekends throughout the 6-week assignment.
