The Role:

- Mentor, support, and manage a team of 5 Draftspersons, along with overseeing an overseas drafting operation to ensure workflow efficiency and quality outcomes
- Manage all drafting aspects of custom-designed homes
- Liaise closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Apply a strong understanding of residential construction methodologies across a range of custom double-storey designs
- Forward plan workloads, identify process improvements, and contribute value at a senior leadership level across the business
- Drive collaboration, accountability, and consistency within the drafting team while maintaining high documentation standards
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:
- 4+ years experience working with a residential builder
- Proven industry experience at a Team Leader, or Management level
- Senior Drafter, Draftsperson wanting to step up into a management role also considered
- ArchiCAD proficiency (essential)
