to join a friendly and collaborative team.
We’re looking for someone passionate about residential design, confident working on both single and double-storey projects, and experienced in producing accurate and detailed documentation that meets high standards of compliance and presentation.
The Role
- Prepare preliminary, planning, and working drawings for contract and construction documentation
- Ensure all drawings meet NCC, R-Codes, local council, and developer design guidelines
- Complete amendments and variations accurately and efficiently
- Liaise closely with internal teams to support smooth project delivery from design through pre-construction
About You
- Minimum 2+ years of residential drafting experience within the WA construction market
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Residential Building Drafting
- Proficient in ArchiCAD (essential)
- Strong understanding of local building codes and design principles
- Positive and proactive team player with great attention to detail
