Draftsperson - Custom Homes

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Draftsperson to join a leading custom home builder based in Osborne Park.

This role offers the opportunity to work on stunning single and double-storey projects valued between $1.5M and $3M within a supportive and collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing accurate and detailed working drawings for custom residential projects
• Collaborating with designers, engineers and construction teams to deliver high quality outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with NCC, R-Codes and council requirements
• Contributing to innovative design solutions while maintaining buildability and efficiency
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction

What we’re looking for

• Proven drafting experience within custom homes or high value residential projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD 
• Strong understanding of NCC, R-Codes and local council processes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
