The Role and Company

Due to ongoing growth, an experienced Draftsperson is required to join the in-house design team. You’ll be one of two dedicated team members, reporting to the Design Manager with plans to expand, offering a clear pathway into leadership or management.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and compliant sales sketches and detailed working drawings
• Use ArchiCAD 28 to produce high end residential designs
• Ensure designs align with building codes, council requirements and internal standards
• Collaborate with sales, estimating and construction teams throughout the design process
• Contribute to both custom homes and occasional development and government projects

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Draftsperson for a residential home builder
• Strong experience designing two storey homes (essential)
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD 28
• Solid understanding of building codes and residential design compliance
• Experience in high end or custom design is highly regarded

• Salary up to $95K + Super
