Working closely with the Drafting & Approvals Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your input is valued, and your skills are put to good use.
The role offers exposure to a variety of drafting tasks and the chance to grow within a busy and fast-paced residential environment
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and compliant planning and working drawings
- Prepare sales sketches, contract documentation, and final plans using ArchiCAD
- Ensure all drawings align with NCC, R-Codes, local council regulations, and developer guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver designs that meet both client expectations and council requirements
- Implement design solutions and complete amendments based on feasibility assessments, council feedback, and client variations
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience within the WA residential building sector
- Solid understanding of local construction methods and drafting standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A positive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail
- Full-time position based in Osborne Park
