Join a well respected custom home builder delivering high quality projects across Perth. This role is perfect for a skilled Draftsperson who enjoys technical documentation but also wants involvement in design work such as modifying base models and creating brand new designs.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce accurate and compliant working drawings for project and custom home builds
- Make design amendments to standard plans and base models
- Assist in developing new home designs in line with market trends and client briefs
- Liaise with consultants councils and internal teams to ensure compliance
- Prepare documentation for pre start and construction variations
- Experience in residential drafting
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (preferred) or similar software
- Ability to adjust and refine designs to meet client and planning requirements
- Solid knowledge of R Codes and WA building standards
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Balanced role with both drafting and design responsibilities
- Exposure to unique and high quality residential projects

- Salary up to $100,000 + Super depending on experience
