You'll oversee daily site operations across bulk and detailed earthworks and roadworks, managing a fleet of 15 - 20 pieces of equipment while coordinating crews and keeping safety and productivity moving hand in hand.

Rate: $75 - $80ph (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily activities across mobile plant and construction crews
- Coordinate and direct on site construction activities to keep the project on time and to standard
- Drive effective machine utilisation and optimise fleet productivity
- Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Identify risks and issues early, and make the calls needed to keep the project on track
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Report progress to the Project Manager/Superintendent
- Champion a strong safety culture on site
- 5+ years experience as an Earthworks Supervisor or similar in civil construction
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of directing crews on large sites
- Safety conscious and safety aware, with the ability to still push productivity
- An eye for spotting issues before they become problems
- Clear communicator, confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements:
- Section 26 (S26) Supervisor certification
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Construction White Card
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
