We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator
to join our dynamic team based in Sydney Olympic Park. This is a full-time, permanent role
offering long-term stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to play a key role in major commercial and industrial projects.
The Role
As an Electrical Estimator, you’ll be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting our bid and tender processes. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure competitive, compliant, and successful submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Electrical Estimator you will conduct project evaluations and prepare detailed cost analyses for electrical works.
- The Electrical Estimator will perform risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- This Electrical Estimator will prepare and coordinate bids, tenders, and variations in line with client specifications.
- Source, liaise with, and assess vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope alignment.
- The Electrical Estimator will manage and maintain accurate data records and estimate documentation.
- As the Electrical Estimator you'll Engage directly with clients to clarify project requirements and present proposals.
- The Electrical Estimator will ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes, and company procedures.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction or electrical contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- $135,000 + Superannuation
