About our client and company.
Our client is a tier one national fire contractor who are seeking multiple tech roles for newly landed major service contracts.

Your general responsibilities will be to:
- Manage/Assist with Key Customers' Fire Service Needs
- Installation, Modification, Commissioning, and repair of Fire Detection, Warning Systems, Smoke Alarms & Emergency / Exit lights
- Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.
- Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc.
- Report work progress and performance by completing productivity / key performance indicator (KPI) reports
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with our clients' needs.
- Attend all scheduled training programs. In-house training to be provided to the successful candidate
- Maintain best-in-class customer service
- Technical Assistance/backup for On Call Technicians
