They specialise in unique commercial, government, and defence projects across Australia and overseas. They are looking for an experienced electrical project engineer to play a key role in the procurement & delivery of a $250m defence project:
What your day looks like:
- Review of electrical designs, preparation of project scope, and coordinate adjustments to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality of electrical components and materials during the construction phase.
- Manage quality assurance for all electrical systems, conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Monitor project timelines, budget allocations, and resource use to meet project milestones efficiently.
- Electrical Engineering degree.
- 3+ years construction experience in Australia, with a key focus on electrcial building services engineering.
- Ability to be across electrical design, procurement, construction processes, and commissioning procedures.
- Skilled in supplier and subcontractor management.
- Great understanding of Australian standards and regulations.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Up to $140k plus super - based on skills & experience
- 2 days WFH flexibility
