We’re working with a leading electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming D&C education and commercial projects across NSW. With more work ramping up throughout 2026, they require an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can hit the ground running and deliver key projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical construction projects, from contract award through to commissioning and handover
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, cash flow, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to manage scope, variations, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality, and regulatory requirements, including documentation, testing, and commissioning
- Previous experience managing commercial D&C projects, working with Tier 2 builders
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, cost control, variations, and progress claims
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including builders, consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams
- Solid knowledge of Australian electrical standards, WHS requirements, and quality management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage fast-paced programmes and competing priorities
