Leading Electrical Contractor – Commercial Fit Out & New Build Projects
Working with a well-established electrical contractor that specialises in commercial fit outs and new-build projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and repeat clients, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee two commercial fit out projects in the CBD.
The Role
As the Electrical Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate trades, manage quality, liaise with builders, and support the project team to keep works moving efficiently across both sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities across two commercial fit out projects
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
- Ensure electrical installations meet compliance and quality requirements
- Work closely with Project Manager and builder site teams
- Maintain site reporting, safety documentation, and progress updates
- Drive program and identify risks or delays early
- Electrical trade qualified
- Strong experience delivering commercial fit out or commercial building projects
- Proven ability to run sites independently and manage multiple work fronts
- Confident communicator with strong builder-side coordination skills
- Safety-focused, organised, and proactive
- Up to $140k package
- Two CBD fit out projects to lead from day one
